Terms of Service

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of glyphware.ca and the Glyphware client dashboard (“the site”), operated by Glyphware, a Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario-based digital agency. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

The public site describes our services (UX/UI design, web design, web development, SEO, and AI automation) and lets you get in touch. The client dashboard is available to customers with an active account, for tracking project requests, support tickets, invoices, and signed agreements.

Accounts

Customer accounts are reviewed and approved before activation. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to violate any law, attempt to access another customer's account or data, interfere with the site's operation, or misuse the Ask Glyph chat/voice widget (for example, to attempt to extract our system configuration or send abusive content). We may suspend access for accounts that violate these terms.

Project agreements

These terms govern use of the site. The actual scope, deliverables, fees, and terms of any paid engagement are set out in a separate signed project agreement between you and Glyphware — that agreement, not this page, governs the work itself. Where the two conflict for a specific project, the signed agreement controls.

Payments

Invoices are payable by the terms stated on the invoice. Online payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. Late payments may be subject to the terms in your project agreement.

Ask Glyph (AI chat and voice)

Glyph is an AI assistant that answers questions about our services and can give a rough, informational price estimate based on our published rates. Glyph is not authorized to make binding commitments, agree to a scope of work, or finalize pricing on our behalf — any estimate it gives is preliminary and subject to a real scoping conversation. Formal quotes and agreements come from our team, not the chat widget.

Intellectual property

The site's design, content, and branding belong to Glyphware. Ownership of work product created for a specific client project is set out in that project's signed agreement.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content, including anything Glyph says, are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Glyphware is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
